Prices are shown in your Partner Portal once your account is approved. They apply to your account, exclude VAT and transport, and are never published on the website.
Sales help, technical questions before the job, support when you are on site and repairs on existing installations. You send your request from your portal.
Yes, if you ask. On a quote, the “Call back by NEXORA?” option lets you choose a date on which our team calls your client. We never contact your clients on our own initiative: the relationship stays yours, and it is up to you to obtain your client’s agreement.
